We provide brand new contracts on all five major networks and we can also process upgrades. We give quarterly/semi-annual reviews on your bills to ensure you are on the best possible tariff and will contact you when your upgrade is due.
WHAT YOU DO
- Bring your most recent bill or an idea of how many minutes or texts that you want.
- Bring with you a proof of address/ID (Eg: Drivers License or Utility Bill)
- Bring with you a proof of Signature (Eg: Debit/Credit Card or Passport)
- If it is an upgrade try to make sure you have your password handy as we will need this.
WHAT WE DO FOR YOU
- We will help you decide on the best network according to the signal strength in your area and the tariffs they offer.
- We will help you select the right tariff within your budget that suits your individual needs, whether it be internet access, emails, free landline calls, lots of minutes or unlimited texts etc.
- We will give you advise on the best phone to suit you as an individual, for example if you want a good camera phone, emails on your phone, internet access, a dust proof and waterproof phone, or just an easy to use phone with bluetooth and a camera.
- We will then keep your details and ring you to inform you of when your upgrade is due and go through this process again.
- Our aftercare service does not expire and we welcome you back with any issues you may have with your tariff or your phone.
When you take out a contract phone or do an upgrade with us, a tariff care service is provided FREE OF CHARGE.
This involves us taking a copy of your bills and analysing them to make sure you are making the most out of the tariff your on. If you are not getting the best deal then we will explore options available such as; changing your tariff or adding and remove bundles on your account.
